Pallet Wrapping Machine Introduction
Pallet wrapping machine is an equipment used for automatically wrapping the pallet goods, using PLC program control, easy to operate. It features height detection by photo sensor. For goods weight less than 250kg, there is a protect plate in the machine which will be placed on the top of goods to protect the goods.

Product Introduction
Model: XQ-X500 Fully Automatic M Type Pallet Wrapping Machine 20-25 Pallet/h
1. M type turntable, it's easy for pallet jack to load the pallet on the turntable.
2. This function can set different wrapping circles and wrapping force at any height that you want and maximum we can set 9 layers for pallet. Normally machine's wrapping force from bottom to top is the same, and it can not stop during wrapping and achieve reinforce wrapping function. Such function completely avoids these problems.
3. With pre-stretch roller, maximum up to 380% pre-stretch rate. Maximize the value of each meter of stretch film Standard constant releasing film Fixed-point wrapping and quantitative use film
4. First, the blade in the film carriage will cut a small hole in the film.
Second, as the machine runs, the hole will be pulled and torn.
Finally, the film is pulled off and attached to the pallet. The machine will stop, waiting for the next operation.
